Terms
These terms cover the public story site, the affiliate shelf, and the disclosed links that support the channel.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to bypass authentication, interfere with the service, scrape in a way that harms the site, or misuse the public endpoints.
Public pages are for reading, discovery, and ordinary visitor interaction. Private studio pages and admin APIs are for authenticated operators only.
Ownership
Unless a page says otherwise, the original site copy, story text, page design, and brand assets are owned by Facing Addiction with Hope and Understanding (the operator's DBA).
Third-party brands, products, and linked destinations remain the property of their respective owners.
Affiliate links
The readings shelf and some story recommendations use affiliate links. Those links are disclosed in the site footer, on the disclosure page, and alongside relevant public recommendations.
External destinations are not controlled by OpalFlame. Check the merchant's own terms and privacy policy before purchasing.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
